Brothers Pressure Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related services in the Temple, Killeen, and Bell County, Texas area.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was described or observed during the estimate. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before work begins.
We make every effort to keep scheduled appointments. Weather conditions may require rescheduling, which we will do at no additional charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the areas to be cleaned and providing a working outdoor water connection. Please move vehicles, furniture, and personal items away from the work area prior to our arrival.
Brothers Pressure Washing carries general liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear revealed by cleaning, or damage to items not moved from the work area as requested.
